The New Owner Of Kangana Ranaut's Jodi Flat Is Mrunal Thakur!!

According to the sale deed documents, Mrunal Thakur and her father Udaysingh Bhatesingh Thakur purchased two apartments in the Oberoi Springs project in Andheri West: one apartment from Akshat Deep Ranaut, Kangana Ranaut's brother, for ₹5 crore, and another apartment from Amar Deep Singh Ranaut, Kangana Ranaut's father, for ₹5 crore.

At the moment, the actress lives in the same apartment block.

According to the registration documents filed on January 25, 2024, the jodi units were formally registered, marking a significant step in the real estate transaction process. The paperwork reveals detailed information about the properties involved: the first flat, with a spacious area of 94.46 square metres, required a stamp duty payment of 30 lakh. Similarly, the second flat, boasting a total area of 92.66 square metres, also mandated a stamp duty payment of 30 lakh. These residential units are situated within the prestigious Oberoi Springs complex, known for its towering presence with residential towers comprising 35 stories each. Within this architectural marvel, prospective homeowners can find elegantly designed 2.5BHK apartments, offering a blend of luxury and comfort in one of the city's sought-after locations.

Neither the actor nor the builder responded to requests for comment.

Mrunal Thakur started her acting career in the television soap opera Mujhse Kuchh Kehti and now appears in both Telugu and Hindi films.Kumkum Bhagya (2014–2016) and Yeh Khamoshiyaan (2012). She debuted in a Hindi film in 2018 with Love Sonia and rose to fame in 2019 with the biographical flicks Super 30 and Batla House.

Professionally speaking, Mrunal most recently starred in the wildly popular romantic drama Hi Nanna. Next on the screen, Mrunal Thakur will be seen alongside Vijay Deverakonda in Family Star. The film will have a wide release on April 5, 2024.
