How to Practice Cobra Pose - Bhujangasana & It's Benefits
Bhujangasana commonly known as Cobra pose is one of the famous poses of Yoga. Cobra Pose is easy to learn but it's very effective.
This pose relieves you from lower back pain, can boost your energy, and makes you energetic. Doing this yoga pose every day can stretch your entire upper body and most importantly it gives you relief from the back pain.
There are a few small and easy steps in the cobra pose. Here it is!!
Steps:
1. Lie down facing the floor on your belly with your feet hip distance apart.
2. Keep your hands beside your ribs and press down.
3. Rotate your inner thighs and press down to start to lift your head and chest slowly but effectively.
4. Focus on lifting your sternum and you will feel a pull downward for the gravity.
5. Then slowly release your body back to your mat.
