Childhood and Parenting
Born and raised in Mumbai, Ashika was initially brought up by her mother Omana Surve and she has a brother Athang and a sister Niyati. During childhood, Ashika was interested in sports, especially in acrobatics which she practiced at school. Her passion for Mallakhamb, a sport which has its roots in Indian culture, is as instance, which comprises gymnastics and aerial yoga.
