Interesting Facts About Dinesh Panicker

Dinesh Panicker is a very prominent Malayalam film producer, actor and TV producer. He started his career in the film industry by co-producing Kireedam in 1989, which is a highly praised and commercially blockbuster film that stars the Malayalam power-house Mohanlal and was directed by Sibi Malayil. 

Initially the actor was not very much active in acting, but he got a chance to act in a small role as Parvathy's husband but he didn't act in the role as his wife didn't like it. Later on, he went to produce Malayalam films in different genres. Some of his best films in his career are Nirnayakam(2015), Rathri Mazha(2008), Kodathi Samaksham Balan Vakeel(2019), Sir C.P(2015), Villaliveeran(2014), Big Brother(2020), and Pattabhiraman(2019).

The Malayalam actor was born in Thrissur to K. P Panicker and Rajakumari. Though his parents wanted to see him as an engineer, he stepped into the film industry. He graduated in Chemistry and worked as a medical representative. Due to his father's transfer the family had to move to Alapuzha and their residence was very nearer to Uday Studio. It was at that time he got to know much about cinema and in the meantime his family got acquainted with film celebrities. His father and Prem Nazir have become good friends.

Coming to his personal life he is married and has two sons. He is very religious and has a huge collection of Lord Ganesha at his home, collected from various parts of India.
