According to rumours, the producers are selecting a limited number of theatres, language variants, and release dates for the film's re-release. The Dolby Theatre at Ovation Hollywood will host the Academy Awards on March 12 of this year. In the Original Song Category, Naatu Naatu is competing against songs like "Applause," "Hold My Hand," and "Lift Me Up." For the uninitiated, M. M. Keeravani composed Naatu Naatu, which was sung by Rahul Sipligunj and Kaala Bhairava. Ram Charan and Jr. NTR, the song's protagonists, have been featured in the music video. By becoming the first Indian and regional film to receive an Oscar nomination in this category, RRR adds another achievement to its resume.
