Regarding the M3 blast, POCO stated the following.
A POCO India representative stated in an official statement that "our team contacted the concerned customer as soon as the issue was notified and is awaiting his visit to the nearest service center."
"We are committed to examine the issue in detail, and extend all our support to the customer and resolve this on priority."
The manufacturer of devices has responded to the tweet stating that customer safety is a top priority and acknowledged the problem. "At POCO India, customer safety is of utmost importance and we take such matters extremely seriously," stated the statement.
Poco also stated to India Today Tech that it has been looking into the issue and is attempting to contact the user. The manufacturer of smartphones continued by saying it is waiting for the consumer to attend its service center as it attempts to resolve the issue.
he POCO M3 has a plastic shell, a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, and a waterdrop notch design with a slim bottom bezel.
A 6.53-inch Full-HD+ (1080x2340 pixels) IPS LCD screen with a 19.5:9 aspect ratio and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection adorns the handset.
Power Black, POCO Yellow, and Cool Blue are the available color options.
As soon as the problem was discovered, our team got in touch with the worried client, and they are currently waiting for him to visit the closest servicing facility. "We are dedicated to thoroughly investigating the matter, providing the customer with our full support, and resolving this as soon as possible," a Poco representative stated.
The statement went on to say that all Poco smartphones pass numerous rounds of exacting quality checks to guarantee that the product's quality is never compromised. We continue to hear about these events involving smartphones from various companies in spite of this.
A similar event with the Poco X3 Pro occurred earlier this year. Poco referred to it as customer-induced damage after a user posted a picture of his phone blowing up.
