This studio boss is notorious for snatching projects from other actresses including outsiders for the sake of his favorite protege. He mentors several star kids, but one among them has always been his favorite. He has wisened up to the star kid protege's opportunist ways & he now has a new protege. As per a source, a star kid actress - one among the many that the syudio boss mentors & whose mother was a cinema icon, gave several flops back to back & received severe backlash for her performances despite some of her performances being decent. She felt that her mentor's PR agency was not doing a good job of managing her image. She felt that her mentor was favoring another star kid over her. The studio's downfall added to her disillusionment & she quit the studio. She also quit two projects bankrolled by the studio & hired a new PR agency. This upset the studio boss, who is now backing the other star kid - the one whom he was he supposedly favoring over the daughter of the cinema icon. Expect a vicious online campaign against the daughter of the cinema icon on the lines of what her step brother went through. The new favorite liked a post which thre shade on the previous studio favorite. She has agreed to attack the star kid daughter of the cinema icon as well.
Star kids & A-listers flocked to the studio boss during his heydays. He was the man with the Midas touch. But a string of box office flops has revealed the true nature of the celebs he thought were close to him. To be fair to the celebs, that's they way the industry & the world at large functions. People salute the rising sun & desert the people on whose careers the sun is setting. The studio boss has fought with several celebs, only to go back to them when their box office stocks were rising. But his "duaghter" deserting him owing to his box office downfall must have stung. He went out of his way for her sake. She let him down badly.
