This filmmaker of South Indian descent has made several comedy blockbusters in the 90's & 2000's. He is making a horror-comedy with his frequent collaborator,  an A-list superstar. His daughter recently made her acting debut with a regional movie. She has won rave reviews for her acting, drop-dead gorgeous looks. It helps that the film too is a huge success - in showbiz, it means that she is lucky. She is now getting approached by filmmakers from across the country. As per a source, her father has asked her not to consider movies from Bollywood & another state from South India. Bollywood & the other South Indian state in question are notorious for senior superstars dancing to lewd steps with heroines who are around their daughters' age. The state where the filmmaker hails from makes movies that are high on quality & content. Not an unfair request if you ask us.

Celebs tend not to allow their own wives & daughters to act in movies. They know too well that the film industry is full of lecherous men who want to lay their hands on everything that moves. Kids of celebs being allowed to act & wives acting even post marriage is relatively a recent phenomenon. Bollywood indeed is a much safer place now than it was maybe a few decades back. But the outsiders continue to get exploited. Many outsiders willingly offer themselves to these sleazy men for the sake of their careers.
