Branch Hours

Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Working Saturdays 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (1st, 3rd and 5th Saturdays only)
Sundays- Closed
2nd and 4th Saturdays- Closed
Closed on Public Holidays
Don’t go hoping to arrive at your bank around 3.30 p.m., you will be waiting in line for service if you show up after 3:30 p.m.
Lunch Hour
Lunch periods are staggered among staff, meaning that during the lunch period, many staff members are taking their lunches at different times, resulting in possible time delays for customers visiting a branch during this time period.
Approximately 2:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m., the lunch hour will generally be between these times, but it does not mean they will take their entire lunch break within that time period.
Even though banks are still providing service during lunch, there may be a small wait at that time to receive service.
Lockers
Lockers are open the same hours as the branch. Lockers open with banking hours: 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Online Transaction Timing
– NEFT, National Electronic Funds Transfer, is available 24/7, including Bank Holidays.
Make sure your NEFT submissions are submitted before 6:30 AM if they need to be funded on the same day as submission.
The RTGS has always been connected, but from October 2023, RTGS has been available 24/7, while before it was only available between 8:00 AM and 4:20 PM.
The minimum for RTGS transfers is 2 Lakhs for each transfer made.
Previously, RTGS transfers were available 8:00 AM – 4:20 PM only.
– IMPS, Immediate Payment Service, is available 24/7 with no minimum documentation required; considerable funds can be instantly transferred using your mobile and/or your online banking account
– UPI Unified Payment Interface was initiated by the National Payments Corporation of India and is available 24/7, and is compatible with the following apps:
Google Pay
PhonePe
Paytm
BHIM
To make a UPI payment and/or to transfer your funds, you do not have to go to a bank.
