Sushmita Sen walked the runway at Lakme Fashion Week just a few days after having a heart attack. She was afterwards seen leaving with her ex-boyfriend Rohman Shawl.

Sushmita Sen released a post on Instagram on March 2 in which she acknowledged having a heart attack. She published the article after leaving Nanavati Hospital, disclosing that she had an angioplasty and had a stent put in. Because her fans were worried, the actress has started providing health updates. She praised the physicians and told her followers during a live Instagram video she posted last week that the heart attack was "huge" with a 95% blockage in the main artery. Sushmita was seen walking the runway at Lakme Fashion Week after regaining strength following her heart attack. After the performance, the actress was seen leaving the venue with her ex-boyfriend Rohman Shawl while interacting with the media.

At the Lakme Fashion Week, Sushmita Sen stole the show in a yellow embroidered lehenga for designer Anushree Reddy. After that, she was photographed by the paparazzi as she left the location wearing Rohman Shawl. Sushmita was beaming and responded, "I have the blessings of my followers," when the photographers told her, "Aap bohot strong hai (You are very powerful)". It says, "Mere paas bohot saare logon ki dua hai. Very Blessed (I carry the blessings of many people with me)," said Sushmita Sen.

 

Sushmita Sen and Rohman Shawl were photographed outside Nanavati Hospital three days ago. Sushmita and Rohman could be seen conversing in a social media video that showed them getting into the car to leave the hospital.

Sushmita Sen claimed during the Instagram live that her busy lifestyle allowed her to survive the severe heart attack. She emphasised how fortunate she is to have survived this and asked supporters to exercise caution. Not only males, but also women, she noted, should exercise caution because heart attacks don't just affect men.
