The film made approximately ₹8.3 crore on its opening day. Some estimated that it would make ₹9.75 crore net on day two in India. So finally, the film has collected ₹18.05 crore on the end of day 2.
So, the film began its morning screenings with a footfall of only 13.39%, but it increased a lot throughout the day, reaching an astonishing 37.51% for its night shows. Currently, the film is doing great and has been able to make a name for itself at the box office. There was a question by everyone about whether the movie would be able to compete against the new Hollywood blockbuster Twisters, which earned an estimated Rs 3.12 crore in India. Another Bollywood movie that competes with Twisters is Akshay Kumar's Sarfira, which earned Rs 22.65 crore in its second weekend.

According to the report, the people reviewing were like, “While comedy isn't the film's strongest suit, we appreciated how the creators expertly incorporated some fantastic meta gags that stood out. The reference to Dimri as Bhabhi 2 and 'National Crush,' a scene where Gurbir tells Akhil not to behave like Vicky Sandhu from Manmarziyaan, or another scene where Kaushal stops Virk from throwing a photo of Katrina Kaif saying, 'Iske liye toh tujhe meri laash se guzarna hoga' - these are well incorporated in the script”.
