When the trailer released of this epic science fiction film Kalki 2898 AD the fans went crazy and they were very excited about the film. Kalki 2898 AD was produced by Vyjayanthi Movies and directed by Nag Ashwin.
The movie has the division of Rs. 240 crore and Rs. 110 crore between domestic and offshore sales. In this three-day run, the total sales of Kalki 2898 AD is now Rs. 350 crore. To see the worldwide sales, the four-day weekend is expected to bring in Rs. 450 crore.
Kalki 2898 had an amazing third day at the box office, earning its second Rs. 100 crore day worldwide. The film brought in a total of Rs. 101 crore worldwide after grossing approximately Rs. 75 crore in India and an additional Rs. 26 crore from overseas. The domestic contribution is Rs. 240 crore and overseas contributions of Rs. 110 crore making the three-day total to be at Rs. 350 crore. Globally, the four-day extended weekend is expected to bring in Rs. 450 crore.
The Prabhas and Deepika starring Kalki 2898 AD made Rs. 75 crore in India on Saturday after watching a 17% rise in earnings from Friday. But due to the T20 World Cup final match, which was held on this Saturday, shackled the evening ticket sales, the movie most likely lost at least between Rs. 4-5 crore. But nonetheless, the movie is speculated to make up for the ground loss that happened on Saturday, with a faster-than-average growth.

Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan, Prabhas, Deepika Padukone, and Disha Patani are among the ensemble cast members starring in the movie. Kalki 2898 AD inspired by Hindu mythology, it is the first film in the Kalki Cinematic Universe.
